In 2017, we achieved 1,000,000 incident and injury free manhours in Paya Lebar Quarter (Plots B & D) project. In 2018, we are proud to have received the internationally recognised RoSPA Health & Safety Silver Award. In both years, Hexacon achieved Zero Fall from Heights, Zero Occupational Disease, and Zero Dangerous Occurrence.
At the inaugural 2008 Construction CEO Summit organized by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH) and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on the 18th November 2008, 33 CEOs from developers and contractors, including our MD Mr Pang Hoe Sang, pledged commitment to raise Singapore safety standards to world class levels through the "Pledge for Zero – A CEO Commitment Charter".
By voluntarily pledging to provide a safer workplace for all employees, Hexacon will be obliged to implement and adhere to stricter safety guidelines for all our sites. This declaration for a zero injury workplace further reinforces our commitment to providing a safe working environment for staff and workers under our care.

Company dinners, events, gatherings, games and sports are annual events that are organised to strengthen bonds, build teamwork and relieve stress. Yoga classes, Bowling Tourneys, Family Day and Treasure Hunts are some of the events enjoyed by our team.
