Through 2024 to 2025, we engaged ProAge to run Total Workplace Safety and Health Programmes at all our sites that translated into tangible benefits in the form of lower incident rates related to Ergonomics.

In 2024, our Paya Lebar Green project was awarded the SHARP award in recognition of our efforts in enhancing workplace health that go beyond the standard Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems (WSHMS).

In 2018, we are proud to have received the internationally recognised RoSPA Health & Safety Silver Award. In both years, Hexacon achieved Zero Fall from Heights, Zero Occupational Disease, and Zero Dangerous Occurrence. In 2017, we achieved 1,000,000 incident and injury free manhours in Paya Lebar Quarter (Plots B & D) project.

Company dinners, incentive trips abroad, monthly teambonding gatherings and activities, multi-racial festivities, games and sports are organised regularly to strengthen bonds, build teamwork and relieve stress.
Bowling tournaments, archery, BBQs, long services awards and milestone celebrations are some events enjoyed by our team.
