Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager

Job Description:

​

  1. Serves as a critical link between on-site operations and overall project management, ensuring efficient execution, adherence to quality and safety standards and continuous improvement in project delivery

  2. Monitor and review the master construction program, prepare catch-up plans and adjust site schedules to minimize delays, thereby ensuring timely project delivery

  3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to manage manpower, materials and equipment efficiently, optimizing resource utilization for enhanced productivity

  4. Collaborate with the technical team and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies and on-site technical challenges before work commencement

Construction Manager

Job Description:

​

  1. Day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project e.g. planning of works and manpower for the site team and sub-contractors

  2. Liaise with consultants on site problems relating to drawings, project schedule and site as-built condition

  3. Coordinate, monitor and assist the various sub-contractors and suppliers on all matters relating to the progress of works

  4. Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of Site Engineers / Site Supervisors and sub-contractors

  5. To organise and execute action plans related to EHS matters as directed by the Safety Officer / Project Manager

  6.  Ensure that materials (e.g. steel, cement, etc) delivery is on time and of the specified quality and quantity

  7. Ensure the plants are available on time for site use e.g. cranes, pumps, air compressors. Prepare daily schedule when required

  8. Ensure monthly progress claims information are available on time for QS and evaluate jointly with Site Engineer, Architectural Coordinator, and Site Quantity Surveyor on sub-contractor claims

  9. Attend all consultant site meetings, technical meetings and sub-contractor meetings

Requirements:

  1. Possess Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management

  2. At least 8 years of construction site management experience

  3. Proven track record in Singapore projects (high-rise, mixed-development, or civil)

Site Manager

Job Description:

​

  1. Day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project eg. Planning of works for the site team and sub-contractors

  2. Arrangements for logistic, hoisting, and scaffolding access in support of daily operations

  3. To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures

  4. Conduct site meeting with site personnel and sub-contractors to review works’ progress and resolve conflicts among the various sub-contractors

  5. Attend site WSH meetings with WSH Officer and review follow-up actions, to ensure site environment and workplace is safe and project works implemented in safe manner

  6. Work with site personnel and assist the Site Quantity Surveyor team on all variation claims

  7. Put up recommendations to the designated Project Directors on the additional requirement of plants, equipment or workforce for the execution of the works

  8. To resolve if any conflicts within the site team

  9. Attend all consultant site meetings, technical meetings and sub-contractor meetings

  10. Assist the Contract Team in the finalising of project account and project contractual matters and EOT claims

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

​

  1. Oversee the submission of Main Contract progress claims, variation claims, and EOT claims

  2. Lead the preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements and final accounts

  3. Resolve contractual disputes with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

  4. Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects

  5. Prepare detailed cost comparisons and procurement recommendations for review by senior management

  6. Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets

  7. Lead the preparation and submission of variation orders, claims, and EOT requests

  8. Ensure all claims are supported by accurate documentation and comply with contract terms

Site Engineer

Job Description:

​

  1. Monitor and review the master construction program, identifying potential delays and preparing catch-up plans where necessary

  2. Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, structural design, quality standards and safety regulations

  3. Oversee and verify structural works execution including foundation, rebar installation, concrete works, steel structures, precast elements and temporary works (ERSS, falsework, formwork, scaffolding)

  4. Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams, ensuring efficient allocation of manpower, materials and equipment while maintaining high workmanship standards

  5. Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical challenges, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure constructability and compliance with regulations

  6. Prepare and maintain site documentation including method statements, risk assessments, work instructions, construction sequences and progress reports for safe and efficient execution

  7. Conduct structural testing and inspections such as load tests, material strength tests and integrity assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  8. Liaise with consultants and regulatory authorities (e.g., BCA, LTA, PUB) for inspections, approvals, and submission of reports.

Planning Engineer

Job Description:

​

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using project management software

  2. Identify and analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies

  3. Break down project work into manageable tasks and define milestones

  4. Estimate resource requirements (labor, materials, equipment) for each project phase

  5. Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify any deviations

BIM Coordinator

Job Description:

​

  1. Work with project team to produce shopdrawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings on Structural, Architectural and MEP aspects

  2. Maintaining and updating the complete set of project drawings

  3. Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure adherence to project standards and protocols

  4. Manage the creation, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models

  5. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams

  6. Facilitate coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders using BIM tools

  7. Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues

  8. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated data

  9. Conduct regular model audits and implement corrective actions as needed

  10. Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to PM and stakeholders

Requirements:

Job Description:

​

  1. To provide information and assist the Site QS to prepare the work-in-progress claims and variation works

  2. To always check the structural drawings and architectural drawings together with the M&E drawings for coordination and resolve conflicts/problems

  3. To ensure that M&E sub-contractors are issued a set of relevant structural and architectural drawings for their preparation of their shop drawings and issue any subsequent amendment drawings, sketches or information 

  4. To liaise with sub-contractors on such discrepancies in their drawings and then inform the consultants and PM on a regular basis and follow-up action until resolved

  5. To monitor and control the progress of M&E subcontractors so that they do not delay the works of other trades and vice versa

Job Description:

WSH Officer

Job Description:

​

  1. Liaise closely with site team to maintain a high level of safety, health and environmental standards

  2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety compliance to all statutory safety and environmental regulations

  3. Ensure risk assessment and safe working procedure are properly executed on site

  4. Facilitate and conduct audit in order to ensure compliance with ISO14001 and OHSAS45001 standards

  5. Liaise with relevant authorities on all WSH issues

Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field

Job Description:

  1. Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents, purchase orders at site office

IT Assistant Manager

Job Description:

​

  1. The IT Assistant Manager oversees the design, implementation and maintenance of all technology systems and infrastructure to ensure reliable support of the Company’s operations

  2. Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network connectivity (LAN/WAN/VPN) and site-based connectivity solutions, to ensure high availability across offices and construction sites 

  3. Lead the deployment and support of construction-specific systems (e.g., BIM/VDC/VR platforms, project management software, document controls, CCTVs) and integrate them with corporate systems where appropriate (e.g., ERP, HRMS, IFCA) 

  4. Oversee and manage day-to-day IT helpdesk operations with the team, providing prompt technical support and conducting relevant training for employees 

  5. Develop, implement and enforce IT policies, procedures and security controls (firewalls, endpoint protection, user access) to safeguard sensitive data

Job Description:

​

  1. To assist the MR in controlling and distribution of the IMS (QEHS) manual, QEHS procedures, Standard Work Method and Standards Documents

  2. To administer the IMS forms record and maintain the master list

  3. To disseminate the internal audit programme to the auditors and coordinate with the auditors for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review and evaluate the audit findings for reporting to MR

  4. To liaise with external auditors for annual management / EHS audits- IMS, BizSAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc

  5. Supports upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matters
