PROJECT MANAGER

Day to day running of all matters related to the construction  of the project eg. planning of works for the site team and sub-contractors. Prepare Project Quality Plan for the Directors to review and if required any method statements for the site staff and sub-contractors to execute. Work with site personnel and assist the Site Quantity Surveyor team on all variation claims.  Responsible for monthly progress report in the format required by the consultants.        Put up recommendation to the designated Project Directors on the additional requirement of plants, equipment or workforce for the execution of the works. To resolve any conflicts within the site team and take care of the welfare of the site team. Project Director will assist when called for. ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Liaise with consultants on site problems relating to drawings, project schedule and site as-built condition. Coordinate, monitor and assist the various sub-contractors and suppliers on all matters relating to the progress of works. Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of Site Engineers / Site Supervisors and sub-contractors. To organise and execute action plans related to EHS matters as directed by the Safety Officer / Project Manager. Ensure that materials (e.g. steel, cement, etc) delivery is on time and of the specified quality and quantity. Ensure the plants are available on time for site use e.g. cranes, pumps, air compressors. Prepare daily schedule when required. Ensure monthly progress claims information are available on time for QS and evaluate jointly with Site Engineer, Architectural Coordinator, and Site Quantity Surveyor on sub-contractor claims. Attend all consultant site meetings, technical meetings and sub-contractor meetings. REQUIREMENTS 1. Possess Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management 2. SITE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Arrangements for logistics, hoisting, and scaffolding access in support of daily operations. To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures. Conduct site meeting with site personnel and sub-contractors to review progress of work and resolve conflicts among the various sub-contractors. Attend site WSH meetings with WSHO and review follow-up actions, to ensure site environment and workplace is safe and project works implemented in safe manner. Work with site personnel and assist the Site Quantity Surveyor team on all variation claims. PLANNING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

Own planning delivery across assigned projects: set standards, approve baselines and ensure alignment of programs with business objectives and resource strategy; work closely with the primary counterpart Project Manager on daily look-ahead, constraints and recovery plans. Lead development of tender and master programs for major bids and projects; present program logic and resourcing strategy to clients and internal stakeholders. Define and enforce planning governance (templates, QA checks, program change control, look-ahead cadence) and drive continuous improvement in planning practice. BIM MANAGER

IT ASSISTANT MANAGER

The IT Manager oversees the design, implementation and maintenance of all technology systems and infrastructure to ensure reliable support of the Company’s operations. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Assist the Project Manager / Senior Contracts Mgr / Contracts Mgr on contractual matters, variation claims and EOT claims. To call for quotations and prepare cost comparison for the Project Manager / Senior Contracts Mgr / Contracts Mgr review. To assist the Senior Contracts Mgr / Contracts Mgr to liaise with the Consultants Quantity Surveyor on discrepancies in the contract documents, and on dispute with the sub-contractors. In charge of checking the quantity status of material stock, Main Contracts Progress Claims and payment claims of sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors. Determining the quantities of materials required for ordering purposes. Prepare sub-contractors and vendors final account. Work with Senior Contracts Mgr / Contracts Mgr to prepare contract document for Main Contracts and Subcontracts. Compile all petty cash claims and submit to the HR department for approval and payment. REQUIREMENTS 1. QAQC ENGINEER

Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation. Conduct material inspections, method statement reviews, and ensure all works meet project specifications and QP/RTO requirements. Prepare and carry out Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and quality-related forms. Perform site inspections together with the consultant, client representatives, and subcontractors. QAQC SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

Responsible for rectifying defects as listed out by the Project Manager / Architects / QAQC Manager anytime during the construction stage till the issuance of the Maintenance Certificate by the Architect. To lead a team of workers to rectify defects, as assigned by the QAQC Manager / Asst QAQC Manager / QAQC Executive during the DLP. To assist the project teams during the pre-TOP period, to rectify and prepare finished works for TOP inspection, as directed by the Directors / GM. REQUIREMENTS 1. Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 2. Minimum 1- 2years QA/QC experience in the construction industry (main contractors preferred) 3. ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

Ensuring the smooth execution of architectural projects by coordinating between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Directly responsible for the progress and quality of architectural works. Assist the Project Manager on the planning of schedule for calling quotation of sub-contractors and materials. To produce additional sketches, drawings to assist and clarify matters where required. Review the architectural drawings with the structural and M&E drawings to resolve conflicts. Liaise with the consultants to resolve such conflicts and keep the Project Manager, Contracts Manager informed on matters of variation from specification or drawings. To ensure that the various trades are working in proper sequence and following correct dimensions, alignment, levels and set-out. To assist the Site Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager to qualify needs of finishes / materials e.g. tiles, for calling of quotation and award to supplier / vendors. To ensure the timely delivery of materials and planning for storage space jointly with the Project Manager. Coordinate, monitor and assist the various sub-contractors on all matters relating to the progress of works by holding regular meetings. Plan duties for the architectural supervisors and monitor progress on timing and quality. REQUIREMENTS 1. Diploma in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design) 2. BIM COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

Work with project team to produce shopdrawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings on Structural, Architectural and MEP aspects. Maintaining and update the complete set of project drawings. Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure adherence to project standards and protocols. Manage the creation, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams. Facilitate coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders using BIM tools. Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated data. Conduct regular model audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to project managers and stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS 1. Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 2. Proficient in operating BIM software with AutoCAD/Revit/Tekla 3. M&E COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

To provide information and assist the Site Quantity Surveyor to prepare the work-in-progress claims and variation works. To always check the structural drawings and architectural drawings together with the M&E drawings for coordination and resolve conflict / problems. To ensure that M&E sub-contractors are issued a set of relevant structural and architectural drawings for their preparation of their shop drawings and issue any subsequent amendment drawings, sketches or information. To liaise with sub-contractors on such discrepancies in their drawings and then inform the Consultants and Project Manager on a regular basis and follow-up action until resolved. To monitor and control the progress of M&E sub-contractors so that they do not delay the works of other trades and vice versa. To liaise with M&E sub-contractors on production of structural penetration drawings and cast-in items and inform the Project Engineer of such provision at technical meetings. REQUIREMENTS 1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred) 2. Knowledge in Architectural/Structural/M&E works 3. WORKPLACE SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER (WSHO)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

Liaise closely with site team to maintain a high level of safety, health and environmental standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety compliance to all statutory safety and environmental regulations. Ensure risk assessment and safe working procedure are properly executed on site. Facilitate and conduct audit in order to ensure compliance with ISO14001 and OHSAS45001 standards. Liaise with relevant authorities on all WSH issues. Any related ah-hoc assignment as instructed by the management. REQUIREMENTS 1. Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a WSHO and ECO in the construction industry 3. Strong knowledge of WSH and environmental regulations 4. ECO cum ECMO

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

Advise the Project Manager on situations/conditions at the site that may cause environmental problems together with recommendations and implement the remedial measures. Monitoring and control on areas such as disease-bearing pests and rodents, propose disposal of waste, noise/air/water pollution, earth littering, siltation of drains, food hygiene at meal areas, proper maintenance of chemical/portable toilets and other sanitary facilities, and any other environmental health matters. Prepare and submit Environmental Control Plan and report to NEA, where required. Inspect the worksite, facilities and equipment to address any environment and health related issues. Attend to all feedback on irregularities of environment and health matters and inform project manager, and work out and implement mitigating measure. Submit the Environmental Control Report to stakeholders, where required. Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects. Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage. Transcribe minutes accurately using shorthand / fast typing and prepare clean, organised reports. Assist project teams with administrative tasks such as filing, document tracking, scheduling and coordination. Manage incoming / outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and documentation.
