Built in 1900 and designed by the renowned architectural firm, Swan & Maclaren, The Fullerton Waterboat House is a historic landmark that has been reinvented and reinvigorated with a deep appreciation of its classic architectural design. Designed in the Art Deco style with an elegant curved façade and balconies, Hexacon completed restoration and alteration work to the then existing building, inclusive of a new 2-storey addition featuring a river-view curved glass façade that is consistent with its nautical image.
