The Waterboat House is located along Fullerton Road, and owned by The Fullerton Hotel. The area was given conservation status in 2002. The prominent development is an Art Deco building designed by Swan & Maclaren, originally built in 1919. Hexacon completed restoration and alterations to the then existing building, as well as built a new 2-storey addition featuring a river-view curved glass façade. The building today houses fine dining restaurants and wine bars.

It was awarded the URA Architectural Heritage Award in 2005.
