Mustafa Centre is located in Little India, and is Singapore’s only 24-hour shopping mall and owned by one of the local retail giants, Mohamed Mustafa and Samsudin Co Pte Ltd (MMSC). Given the success of the shopping mall, Hexacon undertook the constructing of the Mustafa extension consisting of 4 storeys of retail complex and 2 basement levels.
