Our company was established in 1983. Since then, we had successfully completed almost every type of building and civil engineering project. These included hotels, hospitals, roads and bridges, condominiums, churches, office buildings, shopping centers, sewerage treatment plants and Mass Rapid Transit projects.
Since 1990, we have also specialized in the retrofitting and restoration of commercial and historical buildings.

The company’s experience and expertise were recognised by The BCA Construction Excellence Award in 1994 for the restoration and refurbishment of the MPH Building, 1997 for the construction and completion of the Berjaya Resort Hotel in Mauritius and 1999 for the Redevelopment of the Singapore Recreation Club. The company had also received numerous BCA Merit Awards, for Mount Elizabeth Hotel and Pidemco Centre in 1996, Gardenville Condominium in 2002 and Regent Grove Condominium in 2003.

Today, our vast experience has given us the necessary pre-requisite to undertake bigger projects locally and overseas.
